Piryte Med respects your privacy and complies with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules. This notice explains what we collect through pirytemedinc.com, why, and what your rights are.

What we collect

When you use a form on this site, we collect what you type into it: typically your name, facility or hospital, email address, mobile number (if given), what you need, and any details you add. If you request the Equipment Uptime Checklist, we collect your email address and, optionally, your name and facility.

We also collect basic usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location by region) through an analytics service, to understand how the site is used. This data is not used to identify you.

Why we collect it

• To respond to your inquiry, schedule a service, or send you the resource you asked for.
• To follow up on your request and, if you agree, keep you informed about Piryte Med services.
• To improve this website.

Where it goes

Form submissions are stored in our Microsoft 365 environment (Microsoft Forms and Outlook) and in our customer records system. Website analytics are provided by Microsoft Clarity. We do not sell personal information, and we share it only with service providers that process it on our behalf under confidentiality, or when the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for business and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see below).

Your rights

Under the Data Privacy Act you have the right to be informed, to access, to correct, to object, to erasure or blocking, to data portability, and to file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. To exercise any of these, email us at the address below. We respond within the periods the law requires.
